Welcome to Februarys Homemover Magazine, we hoped you enjoyed last months edition with some great feedback. January has seen a very exciting start to the year with viewings pouring through the doors, however a cautious market has offers coming in very much on the optimistic side with some buyers consolidating and taking the money and running whilst others consider their options and prefer to look at the possibility of renting as 2011 showed us. The great news is properties are still being sold and people are still looking which leads us into thinking 2012 is going to be very similar to 2011 where quality and value are going to more important than ever. In this months edition we will focus on new products we are offering this year and preview our new look office to be completed later this year.
